Dear Jan's Family,
Happy February everyone! We hope everyone is excited that we have reached the halfway mark of our season - it's amazing how fast everything is flying by! Costumes are arriving and teachers have started teaching recital choreography. Now more than ever it's important for your dancers to come to class so they can be ready for their big performance that is only 3 months away!
February also marks the start of our competition season. Jan's Dance Company, our competitive dance team, will be competing in Indianapolis the weekend of February 27th.

Recital
In your Parent Quick Links, you can find a section within the Parent Handbook titled Recital. It has all the information you need to know about this season's performance. You can also find a couple of hard copies of the Recital Handbook in the waiting rooms.
The Costume Requirements are hanging outside each studio room. You can also find them in the parent portal (click on Costumes). This book tells you how the teacher wants you to appear on stage, what style hair to wear, what color tights, and make-up, etc.
