Yoga MasterClass

Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve the connection between the body, breath, and mind. It originated in ancient India thousands of years ago as a spiritual practice, but today many Westerners practice yoga for exercise or to reduce stress.
