Studio Closures

Inclement Weather

We follow EVSC guidance for inclement weather closures. If the studio closes, we will let you know via Facebook and by text/SMS as soon as possible. Please make sure your phone number is updated in the Parent Portal and that you are following us on Facebook so you don't miss out on important updates. There are no refunds for cancelled classes due to inclement weather.

Planned Closures

We follow EVSC for planned closures, such as Christmas Break. There are no refunds for classes that are not held due to planned closures.

Cancelled Classes

In the unlikely event that a class needs to be cancelled, your account will be credited and/or a make-up class may be scheduled at the teacher’s discretion if needed.
